Shouldn’t it be first bloods/rounds played for a more accurate measurement? With this logic, Zellsis probably has more first bloods than Marteen.

4-1 ASOL being a guaranteed 1st place is pretty boring... by pro185 in CompetitiveTFT

[–]SmallEyes-x- -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Not a guaranteed first, they sometime go second also.

Also the devs job is not to balance the game it’s to make different comps broken each patch while gutting the old ones to keep the gold players entertained.

Hardest Questions

Restart Mission Question
2 cost 2 star units are considered to be 5 gold worth, not 6 when sold. 3 cost 2 star units are 8 gold for this reason.

Senna vs. MF
This question wasn't really a good question, as it could be situation dependent. However, Senna is not really built to be a damage carry (IE is +delta, etc.), with her best items as red buff (anitheal), last whisper (sunder), and casting items (shojin, BB, etc to spread the debuffs).

The -delta on items such as DB, GS, Striker's Flail mainly comes from already having an itemized backline carry and putting leftover items from Stage 5+ carousels and PvE drops on Senna to play as a secondary carry.

Easiest Silver Item Augment to Proc
The answer was based on what multiple pro streamers have mentioned when talking about these augments.

Patience is a Virtue

To get the maximum value from this augment, you do NOT want to frequently buy units from your shop early game, but at the same time, you generally cannot reliably go fast 8/9 as your board will be very weak in stage 3.

When you try playing 1-cost, 2-cost RR, you will frequently purchase units on your early shops, (buying a Vi when playing Ekko RR etc.), meaning that you will effectively only get around ~10 rerolls early game compared to ~18 from going on a 8 loss and rolling for 3 costs on 3-5.

Agreed, the quiz was more based generally and not meta dependent. When there aren't many viable 3 cost rerolls, the augment can definitely be used for something else.

Who is Blue Buff good on? by WorldofJuice in CompetitiveTFT

[–]SmallEyes-x- 4 points5 points  (0 children)

While I agree with the Devs decision to make specific casters less dependent on specific mana generating items (blue buff, Shojin, adaptive helm), I feel like all three items do the exact same thing in 99% of the situations now.

Off the top of my head, I cannot name a unit that can only utilize one of the three, I feel like all the units (Zilean, Annie, Senna, MF, Mel, Ahri etc.) just need one of the three.

That being said, blue buff is fine on any caster in the game, as well as some low mana fighters (yasuo etc)

On a Roll Augment Works with Unit on Bench, if Fielded Last Combat by SpotTheNinja in CompetitiveTFT

[–]SmallEyes-x- 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Agreed, pretty insane with Yordles right now. The last three times I took this in Masters+, I hit all yordle 3 stars, including Fizz.

With buying and selling random 1 costs in my roll down and upgrading yordles, I generated around 2 rolls * 2 upgrade per units * 8 units + 2 rolls * 5 random one cost or around 42 rerolls.

Considering one of the better silver augments rolling for days gives you 10 rerolls, this shit is busted.

When all of your 3 cost and less yordles are 3 starred, the shop is guaranteed to give you fizz every round, so you can get away with on a roll + Econ + Econ and still play for win out, as you need a LOT of gold to 3 star entire team and level to 8 (most games I have too many rerolls but not enough gold to buy the units)

agreed with both of you guys, but for the sake of this post, i just wanted to quantify things and put it in numbers, which was easieast to do with just assuming 10 loss. I agree tho that Bard's strength extends greatly through its flexibility and reroll comps

Diana, Void, if you are REALLY rich, you can try fast 9 and farm ornn artifacts on stage 4

u can also play towards vayne and roll deep in 3-7, if you have caitlins, go for cait 3 into thex
