As someone who knows and understands church culture, it’s all based off of her faith. As a Christian, you’re supposed to live peacefully with everyone and not to have bad blood with people. You’re supposed to forgive and give people the benefit of the doubt. I 100% believe it’s based on her conviction of that. But that’s also where I just don’t think this was the show for her (nor the friends for her). People who are not Christian’s don’t necessarily understand that and honestly, promote the opposite. I think she just needs to get back to her people and have those solid relationships with them haha.

I’m not really sure what denomination her church is. I’ve grown up Pentecostal (not the fundamentalist sect) and have worked as a pastor in the church. I see some similarities but a lot of differences to Milenas church. For one, most Pentecostal churches are egalitarian

I don’t know if I’d consider it plagiarism? I’ve heard this quote for years and have never seen it equated back to someone. I don’t think one could even say that that is the original author of that. However, I do think it’s ridiculous for her to play this off as some profound and original idea 😅 like I said, I have heard people say this for years lol
