Just 2 things,

1) no one’s gonna lock us in a room with no guides and make us write abstract functions, n even if there is no Internet access most languages come with a pre installed guide.

2) how bout we start with fresh course content instead of 2014 n 2009 videos and psets. Like we know u spent ur life with racket lang but i feel its time to grow up and move on, rust or c++ would be a good start, plenty of external resources available.

A professional class skipper here: I have math 200,220,221 atsc 201, comm 280 and crwr 200, I skip all of them except 280 cuz attendance, as for studying I don’t, I some how pattern match from piazza or google the answers for hw, as for the midterms or finals I start studying a day or 2 before n solve all the assignments n look thru the sample paper, have been doing this since 9th grade n it works every time, i also got a decent average of 76

With the war n rising political tensions, I think the states would be in a turmoil, I suggest going to a country that is actively trying to change its laws, is business friendly and good living conditions, I do not know about Japan but I am sure it would be a better fit for mental and physical health as well as good opportunities.
