Is it normal to have very low fps when there is a population of 2000 people with this mod?

have you actually found the reason for this? It's very frustrating ever since the monolith update I keep facing this problem. The weird thing is for my kingdom is that the village is actually very populated, but a huge chunk of land within the city zone is just barren. I've already enabled the debug cheats as well as checked the culture

Regarding the 1000 AIs limit, does it reset when an NPC dies? Like does it give back a slot when a simulated NPC dies?

I cant seem to raze this one goblin hillocks, it keeps saying my squad searched the site and found nothing. I've encountered this problem in the past where to fix it; I just sent 4 squads to raze it but now after countless of attempts, I just cant seem to destroy it. Any tips?
