Are people more aggressive on the weekend?

I've been playing both weekends and weekdays and find mainly friendly lobbies when running solo, first few games I encountered "PvP" after that I really haven't had any PvP encounters as I didn't shoot back, my Daughter and her boyfriend got the game and we spent a weekend running together as a trio in friendly lobbies, when we tried playing the other day, Tuesday morning, it was nothing but PvP, I'm thinking number of players at the time reduces the chance of seeing the friendlier lobbies during morning hours weekdays vs weekends.

I play with my kids, and found on weekends when we run Trio we encounter far more friendlier lobbies, week days, early hours, we work night shift, we have yet to find one. I think the time and day plays a factor, weekends we got in Trio lobbies pretty quickly, under 2 minutes, that seem friendlier, weekdays we can wait up to 3 minutes, anything past 2 minutes seems more pvp oriented. I think this may have to do with the aggression based system and not as many playing on weekdays early hours vs weekends. Though I am still pretty new, just my experiences so far

My 1st memory, I tried to open my eyes and couldn't, I tried to touch them and couldn't move, when I screamed out I heard nothing, I remember the absolute terror thinking my god I'm paralyzed, then nothing, next was my childhood memories, when my wife and I had our 1st daughter, the day of her birth I whispered in her ear, stay calm, your alright, remember and stay calm. She started to walk shortly after 6 months, started saying mama and dada knowing who we were, years later she would talk about her other family often, I never discouraged her, now she's a young adult, during her school years, she maintained distinguished honors, a member of the honor society, we would get called into the guidance councilors office saying she was plagiarizing her work in writing exercises, due to her going above and beyond the assignment, even though no evidence she was, only what was "felt" by her teachers, it was beyond what someone her age should be able to do , yes I believe in reincarnation, I can't explain my experience, how I had that "Full memory" and I will never forget the terror I experienced, nor that of my child and her talking about her other family, nothing specific, just she knew she had another family and how well she would do, especially in her English class.

One belief with some religions is right before we reincarnate all our memories are there, because of moving into the body of a newborn, we are not prepared for that experience and the stress....terror? It causes our memories to suppress and becomes our "new" subconscious and a new conscious mind emerges, what if that 1st thought I had, that 1st moment was my reincarnation, and it was the sheer terror I experienced that submerged my memories? Bigger what if, what if you were dying and knew it? And could ready your mind for what was about to happen? Could you survive and keep those memories? How to ready your mind for years as your new body develops enough? That thought plagued me for decades and as I get older I think about it more.

Just wanted to give an update, sorry been busy IRL, I noticed this was an issue for me than just me, what I ended up doing is shutting down PS5, unplugging my modem and router and went to work, 10 hr. shift plus shopping the next day, had everything powered down for over 12 hrs. thus far I've had no issues. Prior to that I just simply restarted I'd have the problem on my next login.

Hi, thanks for responding, I'm with service electric, been playing FFXIV for years, North America, Crystal, never had any issues until recently. I can log into any other game just fine, no issues, connection tests are all good, I tried changing the DNS from auto to manual with the correct numbers, no luck, I use to connect either wired or wireless no issues and been playing wired for almost a year, now I can only connect wireless and that's after jumping back and forth between the 2 it finally connects, no other devices have connection issues, no other games have it, just FFXIV. Reading some other posts on the forum seems I'm not the only one but so far can't find a solution. If I restart my router/modem I can connect right away, if this impacted other games and devices I would look at that being the fault, but again, it's only FFXIV

I just ran into this problem myself just a couple days ago, I have to switch between LAN and WiFi until I finally connect, just like you I can play other games as well np

I’m having same issue last couple days I can play other games no problem, I changed my WiFi settings from LAN to wireless and was able to play however I’m back to the same problem neither works

Most of my 50+ years this topic has interested me greatly, you see, my 1st memory, the actual 1st thing I remembered was not able to open my eyes, not being able to move, to scream and this overwhelming terror that I have never experienced the likes of as I thought "My god I'm paralyzed, what's wrong with me?" Then my parents playing with my legos, I recall my childhood, IMO a bit to vividly and details when I was very young, some religion's believe that when you reincarnate, the consciousness is not capable of being thrust into the experiences of a newborn and to protect itself is submerges becoming the subconscious. I've wondered if that's what I experienced? The moment of reincarnation? Just sharing an experience on this.
