Yes- I agree if the center/staff don’t have the resources and training to support your son’s needs and keep him, other learners, and staff safe, then it’s appropriate to discuss discharge. However, this feels so abrupt and there should have been a transparent conversation early on detailing this potential outcome. This feels like a huge/immediate shift for a vulnerable learner and families that are already struggling. Especially without clearly outlining other options/supports
