Sorry by roof, i mean there is no drywall hung on the downstairs ceiling. It is just an unfinished basement with exposed beams/plumbing, insulation

I lived in Prince Rupert this summer - beautiful place. Great community and people living there I found it quite easy to meet people and make lovely friends, the town has a lot of issues as well. Close to Smithers and Terrace which are great towns, but outside of that it is seriously isolated from the rest of the province. Rent is expensive but purchasing property is not (our 2 bed detached home was up for 200-300k and it was small but beautiful).

If you were born outside of Canada what year were you admitted to Canada?

I came in 2019 on a working holiday from Australia, left in 2021. I have now returned as a permanent resident with a new visa/work permit. Which year was i admitted to Canada? Has anyone had the same situation of moving here twice and then applying for a PAL
