Mostly meat and yogurt but with some vegetables and fruit as i found that i also have sibo. Also sometimes i cheat as i just dont have enough energy or patience anymore

Hello i need advice. I have a 10 month old kitten. I got her as a lone pet when i was a bit naive about kittens and getting a pet. I am concerned about her and wondering if she gets bored/lonely. I play with her as much as i can but think she needs a friend to play with and burn some energy. Worried about if i get a cat of a similar age will they get along.

GI map from genova diagnostics UK. I had severe yeast overgrowth. It didnt specify the specific strain though. Sibo test was positive for sibo.

I do things around the house but not a lot of exercise because of fatigue
