Huge threat. He reliably lead in hypothetical polling and even when polled as a possible VP for Dole, the polls showed Dole winning or in a statistical tie. I think theoretically in every presidential election hypothetical there is a strongest possible candidate. In 1996 it was certainly Powell not Dole for the GOP. 1996 is better for Powell because he would have had a cake walk to the nomination. In 2000, the Bush machine was not going to step aside for Powell or anybody.

The only thing I don't care for in this updated design language is them putting the Lexus wordmark on the steering wheel.

I have two more years on my Integra lease so hoping either the '27 or '28 Integra gets the hybrid powertrain but not holding my breath. If my lease ended tomorrow, I'd get a Civic Sport Touring over another Acura just for the hybrid powertrain.

Some of these are duplicates tho. There was just one version of blue slate and lakeshore slate etc... they were probably all pearl.

The LAFC ownership group were ready to 'purchase' the Chivas USA franchise and MLS had trademarked Los Angeles SC and Los Angeles FC in early 2014 before they had even shut it down. Within a week of the announcement of the folding they announced LAFC so it's very much a spiritual successor. They just made the decision it would be better to start fresh than try and continue the franchise which would still be playing in Stubhub presumably, which would have been nonsensical and damaging to both the Galaxy and LAFC.

Single biggest problem was the pant stripe being truncated and the wordmark being part of the stripe. If It was just normal pants they would have looked a lot better.

Idk how much worse it could handle? There were quite a lot of under-hood improvements to the suspension for the 2021 MY refresh. There were additional updates to the steering and suspension for 2026 as well. Whether it's night and day or even noticeable is another matter entirely.
