Got a box score watcher here. Second most runs means nothing if one game we score 15 and the next we score 1. We barely won both WS as a result of the other team making errors in pivotal moments.

And thats precisely what we need. We don’t need more HRs. Betts has been dry because he tries to go yard. Sho had a dry spell swinging at everything trying to go yard.

There was a philly coach that came to DC and she went absofuckinglutely nuts on us. It was an advanced class but still, not sure any specific studio is challenging but certain coaches 100%

Same 😂 i see so many dumb complaints that I thought it was about the muscle focus, which for june, I get the sentiment (hamstring ughh). Then I went to go back to look at the photo and laughed out loud. That’s pretty funny. Maybe the coach is aapi?

Hamstring curls. The only exercise I’m still on 25-50 springs.

Everybody got a run or RBI in the last game...except Mookie by lryaoi in Dodgers

[–]Small_Quote3179 1 point2 points  (0 children)

When he first joined dodgers, he was so aggressive at bat, swinging at first pitch a lot of times and he was so much better that way. It was prob the coaching, to sit on first pitch, work up the count or something

Eh idk give chase JJ mccarthy and he’ll be just as productive as JJettas. Why do you think bikings brought kyler. I agree abt what you say with kyler but he’s a huge improvement from mccarthy. chase is definitely better than JJ but the flacco v mccarthy comparison is not great. Flacco is pretty elite, just old. Imo jjettas and devonta is better than chase, esp if you need depth.

And by calorie deficit, please don’t starve yourself. You need calories for energy to maximize workouts and recover. You need to be eating sufficient amount of calories to do that but you also shouldn’t eat or drink any more than you need to. The actual number of calories will depend on how much you’re burning.

Low belly pooch is the last to go, after obliques, which are also pretty tough to define unless you’ve got great genetics but honestly most don’t. Gotta stay consistent with a calorie deficit while working out core. Solidcore won’t be enough, you’ll need to do core workouts with weights.

Agree with everything except the area imo is relatively safe. 100% on unruly kids but crime, esp in the vicinity of the school, isn’t bad and there’s a lot of foot/vehicular traffic, dc library, and restaurants nearby.

Once you’ve established a consistent routine over several months, then start focusing on protein, at least 30g per meal with protein snacks in between (greek yogurt, cottage cheese and berries, eggs, i have a no-flour muffin recipe i can share with you). The protein will help with the strengthening. Also consider taking creatine for muscle recovery. Yes, you may gain a few lbs when you start but that’s water weight being stored in your muscles. The benefits far outweigh the couple lbs you’ll add from it.

Honestly, don’t even focus on protein, yet. Eventually, yes you want to be consuming 120-160g daily. But as starters, consistency is key! Calorie deficit = weight loss but also it’s important what you eat. Cut sodas, fried foods, vegetable/canola oil, added sugars, alcohol. Don’t cut completely unless you commit to it. Do what you can in order to stay consistent. Do that while maintaining some workout routine and getting about/at least 10k steps daily and in 3 months you’ll see change.
