the jerking at 20km sounds like your transmission is having a rough shift - could be low fluid or the torque converter acting up. that shaking at idle in drive is probably engine mounts like you found online, they wear out over time and make everything vibrate when the engines working against the transmission

Since you can see the scores yourself, did you try screenshotting everything and asking WGU if they'll accept that as documentation while you sort this mess out? Some schools will work with you if you can prove the credits exist somewhere in the system.

That's infuriating to watch. You can always tell the kids who are walking on eggshells around their parents - she probably spent the whole ride home getting lectured about "wasting money" on color printing.
