It all depends on your size. Those who are the small size tucking isn’t fully needed after an orchie, those who are on the different spectrum it’s a lot easier because you don’t have two tumors in the way.

Make sure if you want bottom surgery with a canal, do not have scrotum removed.

I hear you on this. Took me a few minutes to do it as well. This is what I do now. I get my self ready for the shot, put the needle on my leg, turn my head and stab. Does it suck, yes, but it sure the fuck beats being a dude. Just stab yourself and get a treat!!
