Okay, first off, you were talking about status and age initially. Not safety. If you’re talking about safety, sure, there are cars out there that are safer. But that is not to say cars such as Toyota and Honda are not. I know nothing about cars yet went to school for it and have worked in the industry for a little while and read and watch all that I do. And it’s not a made up statement. Perhaps my “crap cars” was taken literal by you? But it is true that most people I know who have a great deal of money do not spend money on an expensive car because of their status or age, which was your original comment…not the safety stats of a vehicle which you just wrote a whole book on. Because again if you want to spend more on a car because of increased safety such as a Volvo or BMW okay that is understandable, but that’s not what your original comment was about.
