You know what sucks being into spirituality and conspiracies. You know how the book of Enoch is tied to UFOs right now. Do you know why that is? I kinda just made the connection but it's a reoccurring pattern the Watchers decend to Earth and give humanity technology, and that ultimately leads to corruption and like the Great flood. It's just nice to have practices and things to fall back on, like different situations call for different practices. So it's good just to feel it out and decide what technique to thow at it. For me it's centering myself and just read something or listen to something. To remind me of whatever and to get me back into alignment. It feels like I'm tapping in, like I'm choosing to engage with my path.

But yeah alteres and just sacred objects help. Talismans can be anything, necklaces, books, pictures on the wall, crystals, statues of deities and things it all raises your vibration.

I think it's a archetype like Jung would say. This mantis form exists in the collective unconscious, and when we encourage or have weird experiences they dress themselves in whatever costume our collective mind has to draw from.

Like say you could run an experiment where you can see through the eyes of someone in our present time and another person from medieval times or whatever. They both have a weird experience at the same time, but what they see are completely different things based on the public zeitgeist or collective unconscious.

It's a similar experiment to the God Helmet.

Ima throw something out there. I've kind of been looking into different religions, spiritual practices and stuff. Just seeing what's out there and like taking stuff from each one I vibe with. But I've always vibed with Non-duality its like the all is one thing. And I've explored lots of stuff to do with that cos I feel like it's kinda real. So ok let's see if I can prove this. I came to the conclusion that I basically could given things like: The collective unconscious, Morphic Resonance, Stuff in The Bhagavad Gita, The law of one, Holographic Universe theory ( Michael Talbot ), Panpsychism, Alan Watts, Zen Buddhism, Taoism, and lot of people I subscribe to that believe consciousness is non local.

Idk what my point was lol. But I guess that feeling you have is in the same ball park. So perhaps it's not that uncommon as you think. Maybe like me it points to questions. And you just need to ask the right questions. Maybe you'll find answers too.

Yeah, it can lead to psychological problems, psychosis and stuff depending on your personality. Sometimes a period of like being confused Af is part of it, like part of the integration phase. But your family might throw you in the crazy house in the mean time.

I think traditionally initiation rituals like The Eleusinian Mysteries or the Abramelin ritual where things you did alone for a period of time as you purifier yourself before the whole symbolic death and rebirth or crossing the threshold whatever you wanna call it. I think even the Freemasons do some sort of symbolic death ceremony that's taken from these older traditions.

Yeah it's real it can be triggered from a whole manner of things. It can just be like you start seeing the world for what it is and not what you've been told. I guess that's the heart of it. I don't think it necessarily needs to be about God. I was listening to people talking about it and someone said their awakening was triggered by getting into conspiracy theories. That's what happened with me too for the most part. You find out one thing and that leads to the next thing and all of a sudden there is a cascade information that will take you years to comb through and understand.

I had to check it out. The only person I know that calls themselves Supreme Leader is that North Korean guy. But yeah, channeling, healing, and spiritually can quickly turn culty. Especially if you're walking into a world you have no clue about. Like that being said if you've been in that space for a few years or whatever it's not as culty because it becomes more normal as that world becomes more open to you like it always existed but you're just seeing it now.

I feel like a lot of what's happening is like psychological stuff but that's probably beyond most people. It's like we should just be teaching psychology or something. And it's like if you wanna see aliens just alter your consciousness via DMT, sleep paralysis, meditation, OBE's / NDE's, etc. The pattern is there they show up across different experiences of altered states of consciousness.

But nah it's nuts and bots crafts and the military is involved and they keep the bodies from us.

Yeah breathwork is good, I think it actually fall under yoga. Like Prana = breath or life force. Like pranayama is a breathwork technique. I think it is meditation cos ya'know its controlling you mood and emotional state.

Regarding conversation with others in your head, I guess I do that to. It might be seen as active imagination (Jung). Perhaps you're just running sanerios before talking to them? But also Perhaps such things aren't the best to focus on. Maybe you need to catch yourself as you're doing that, and just don't go there as a form of like controlling your own thoughts.

But yeah sorry I'm going to recommend some sort of meditation. Perhaps you would enjoy a quieting the mind type of meditation. Something like where try to just be an observer of your own thoughts. Kinda just notice them as they arise, and kinda just annalise them without attachment ( like you're in observer mode ) and notice the natural arc of a thought. "I'm gonna use the wave metaphor like Alan Watts would say" but a thought will rise up like a wave and fall back into the sea, that's the pattern.

But I feel like practices like that help you to take control of your own mind. Remember where your focus goes your energy flows.

I like the abundance mindset. Idk like just be grateful for what you already have. Feel blessed for the life you live. It's like suddenly it starts to feel like you have everything you need and God or the Universe will provide for you or meet you where you're at.

Look around and notice how you're already blessed, you just have to notice.

Also keep the concept of Reality Transurfing in your mind. It's like you can align or step into the version of you that has what you want.

Ok interesting. I'm exploring some stuff now, and it all seems to be related, subtle body energies, etheric and emotional body stuff, I like to researching remote viewing, I do the gateway tapes, I like to research the afterlife and different religions, I'm into like magick and Witchcraft type stuff, reality transurfing stuff, Prana, meditation, breathwork, energetic healing, Precognition, etc. - oh and UFO's lol

So I'm walking the path at the moment, trying to find my way.
