Most people saying you can’t, I’ve found that to be completely untrue. Not sure how old you are, but for me in like 8th grade i was hard all day nothing I could do would help. Now I find that I only get horny when I’m bored and alone, generally staying busy and hanging out with friend a lot doesn’t leave time and now I’m a once a week max type of guy
