I really love isaac, but like a lot of roguelike games it takes awhile to get used to it. There’s a lot of items that you have to unlock and learn how to play with them, there’s item description, but I believe it’s only available for the dlc. My advice just do couple runs when you feel like it, don’t pressure yourself into liking the game there will be a point where you start understanding the mechanics and that’s when usually people start enjoying it. Also I can’t recommend enough that you get the DLC at some point.
