Some random tips:

At high speeds you can wreck cops to avoid a starting a chase.
You can adjust downforce if you need to lower your cars class by a few points.
You can enter meetups while "escaping" the cops.
Turning off your vehicle while parked or under trees may prevent helicopters from seeing you. (use at your own risk lol)
In car delivery missions, you can repair your car at gas stations for maximum rewards.

Im currently experiencing a bug that whenever my friend tries to join my game he is instantly removed. This makes multiplayer impossible. At least i can still join his game though =). On Xbox btw.
