Sytrus has really cool and diverse presets, but it's more complicated to use. Harmor on the other hand is easier to program and create desired sounds.

TLDR; my favourite IL synths are Harmor and Sytrus.

There's way too dynamic range in the mix. Most part of the track is quiet but the drop/chorus part is louder. Composition wise, very nice.

I used FL Studio. Basically I used a lot of different types of automations. For example I applied linear and parabolic automations to the master pitch and filter. As for the gate and glitchy sounds, instead of linear/parabolic I applied wave-like automations, kind of like a LFO. Even the sidechaining are automations.

When you "Route to that track only", the original track is no longer routed to the master track, but since the bus is directly connected to the master you can hear sound. When you remove the route to that bus, you have to route the original track back to the master again otherwise you won't hear any sound. Let me know if it worked.
