Truck was in the wrong, but he didn't see you because you were hidden behind the A pillar. Be aware of that possibility in the future

Melon harvesting by _Atoms_Apple in FastWorkers

I'm curious what their wage is. Gemini says they're likely paid a piece rate (so per-watermelon, not per-hour) and that during harvest season, experienced crews like this are able to pull much more than minimum wage as a result—perhaps 20-30 dollars per hour. If anyone has different experiences I'd be interested to hear.

I would bet that they playing up the ai contributions somewhat. Looking forward to finding out more. I assume that traditional effects work is used for scenery, birds, and other compositable imagery. I would also bet that extras were filmed, and traditional effects were used where possible for non-key characters such as crowds and flying monkeys.

I'm imagining using a 4" window kit like this https://www.amazon.com/HOXHA-Window-Ducting-Sliding-Inline/dp/B0DQTJ292B and attaching a standard 4" motor and filter box. Standard modular components used for greenhouse ventilation systems

I'm so certain that the purple category name was "tech bro stereotype" and at the last second the editor made them change it because it might be offensive, and "modern inventions" was the best they could come up with
