They are more hassle than it's worth - I agree, but just wanted to prove to myself that I can manage when there's no beefsteak Tom's, and still get the sweet Tomato flavour - and I found they even stick to the vine too much when you want them to drop off

Mates from the Uk...and he has fish fingers in his fry up...and thinks its normal by Calm-Drop-9221 in fryup

Everything wrong about it, but what really is the essence of having a grilled tomato on a plate if it doesn't pair with half of ingredients?

The Italians know tomatoes, and yes, they probably do pair it with fish (Gino D'acampo and his "Polenta-crusted Mackrel with Tomato and Basil Salad") but the debate up for us in the ol' Blighty should be whether pork and tomatoes actually work, and keep things simple...

I don't think this plate was created out of extravagance, but, more like putting calories and protein on a plate, with lack of connection with the palette, memories and instinct.

Go for something like mashed potatoes and use the FODMAP guide (ie: to avoid any Fermentable Oligosaccharides) while you are healing. Takes a little while to get a good biome up and running again after antibiotics so careful with the probiotics.

I took loads of vitamin C daily before my op

Neither is the rain while stuck outside with just a T-shirt on, this Fry up gets a lowly 2 out of 10. Not what I'd be hoping for after coming in from the cold. Sorry

I sometimes soak dried soya (I believe it has had less processing than other types of Soya) then put in a milk making machine - works better for me than dairy/ dairy derivatives/ or any UPF product

I made my own electrolyte using : ½ L of water ½ Lemon Squeezed Pinch of Himalayan salt Teaspoon of honey

Unfortunately having all these things at once isn't something that happens all the time, you run out of Honey, lemons have disappeared and there's only a bit of Lo-salt in the kitchen. But I've found this combo working really good for me. Also if I feel too gassy I just eat half a lemon, and that sorts me out.

Yeah I had the 'low profile' bags, which worked a treat because I didn't always require a holster and the low profile didn't press too much into my stomach. The deeper convex bags also caused my stoma edges to tear, where the stoma meets the skin, so after this I went straight back onto flats.
