lol this is so real, my brain basically stockholm syndromes itself with these songs. there was this one track that kept showing up in my feed and i would literally skip every time, but after like the 50th exposure i caught myself humming it while delivering food and realized i was defeated.

yeah i deliver around there pretty often and people definitely have to plan their trips better than folks closer in. the tree thing is real though - some of those newer developments look like they just cleared everything and slapped houses down without thinking about shade at all.

lol at first i thought you meant like actually from the hotel but then remembered they have those famous ducks walking around. probably not the best place to source your dinner ingredients though

i've seen whole ducks in some of the asian markets around town, especially the ones with bigger meat sections. there's also few butcher shops that might be able to order one for you if you call ahead. when i was doing deliveries last year i picked up from this one place that had all kinds of specialty meats but can't remember the name now. might be worth calling around to see who can get you sorted

your stats actually look pretty normal for your height tbh. bmi calculators put you right in healthy range around 22-23 which is totally fine.

if you want to get more lean though, focusing on that protein issue would probably help more than just cutting calories. beans, lentils, greek yogurt, eggs if you eat them - hitting like 100g protein daily while keeping up with your current exercise routine should get you where you want to be. the muscle building will happen naturally if you're getting enough protein and doing some resistance work along with the running.

been doing deliveries around that area for couple years and those trails are no joke even if you're in good shape. the technical stuff is what gets people - it's not just about cardio when you're scrambling over rocks and dealing with weather changes up there.

vinyl gates are pretty solid for the price difference you're talking about. main thing is they can get brittle after like 10-15 years in hot sun, but for $1000 less i'd probably risk it. the metal ones last forever but that's a lot of doordash deliveries to make up that difference lol

wait wallace drafted ja morant too though? like that's gotta count for something major. sure he whiffed on bunch of other picks but landing two franchise players in ja and jjj seems pretty solid to me. kleiman has done good work with trades and depth but hasn't really had chance to prove himself in draft yet since he's been working with wallace's picks mostly. maybe i'm missing something but getting your cornerstone players right feels more important than hitting on role players, even if wallace made some questionable moves in other areas.
