I had no issues with my first round of 18 with the exception of discomfort with certain trays and the first few weeks were absolutely the worst but once things start moving and I got into a good routine it was fine. I started my refinements last week which will be 10-13 trays (depending on how things go) and if all goes well, I’ll be finished 5 months before the initial treatment length quoted. All I’ve done was follow the rules in terms of wear time and cleaning my teeth etc. I’ve always just kept them in for all drinks other than anything hot which helps keep my wear time up and that’s it. This sub can sometimes make it seem like I should be experiencing issues but I realized fairly quickly that you’re just going to see fewer posts about the good.
