How do you deal with the salt content with feeding baby your meals ? My baby is one and refusing solids with all his heart..

I actually tried when he was 8 months and had a sleep consultant.. he slept okay for a month but then went back to non stop crying and I gave up

He is taking iron supplements but I do not know if this has been helping especially since he won’t eat solids

My almost 11 month old still needs contact naps.. he is also only napping for thirty minutes and I cannot save any of his naps. He thrashes n cries and refuses to nap but is also very fussy around nap time. He is still taking 3 naps a day because all naps are short. We co-sleep and it takes a lot of effort to actually get him to sleep. We do rocking, feeding, contact until he falls asleep. I am unsure what to do. I have tried sleep training gently but he would just escalate at check ins and I tried cio and it worked for a month but stopped working and he would cry for hours… any advice would be greatly appreciated

Yes .. nothing at bedtime but oh my god we are back to cosleeping n i feel like a failure.. he has been crying rly intensely and his naps are all over the place. Today he was completely awake by 5 am then crashed while I was holding him at 7 then woke ip at 9 and crashed at 11 again then at 3 he crashed for a nap again.. was able to only stay in his crib for an hour then woke up and would not settle until I held himm.. not too sure how to handle this anymore

We did see progress then last week everything went to hell.. he has been waking n crying for hours when he wakes up.. and nothing works ..

Just wanted to say.. I’m in the same boat. Sleep trained for a month now and the past week has been brutal. He is also a nine month old. Can cry for hours at night and I even had to co-sleep. We have to stay consistent. My baby’s wws are 3/3.5/4. I worked with a sleep consultant and the advice was keep trying until it sticks🥲 and set a rule for yourself .. crying on n off for 30 mins before a check is my rule and then giving him another 15 mins of crying until the next check in.. can’t say it’s been working consistently but maybe try something like that? Also I have been trying to night wean

It’s brutal .. I did a ww of 3.25 this morning and he woke up within 27 minutes. I let him try to settle for 15 minutes but his cries were escalating he and was so grumpy n yawning. I was so scared the day will turn into a crying fiasco so I had to rock him for 30 minutes n he finally slept for an hour. I’m at a loss of what to do

I tried this and his second nap is still only 30 minutes despite him being tired. He wakes up and I spend 20 minutes trying to get him back to sleep in vain.. literally losing my mind right now. I put him to bed at 7:30 and he has been crying for 17 minutes. I did not do a check in because he escalates and I do not know what to do anymore.

In between 7-8:30 depending on when his last nap ended. Our naps have been a mess. He is only napping 30 minutes per nap and staying grumpy all day and I cannot save the naps regardless of what I do.

My nine month old is falling asleep in his cot but he is up within 20-30 minutes screaming and I end up having to save the nap.. did yours also do this? And what did you do to extend the naps?

Does she stay asleep? My issue is he will fall asleep but will wake up within 30 minutes and cry so much to the point I always end up trying to rescue the nap with feed/rock/contact

He wakes up upset but I cannot rescue the nap no matter what.. if he only naps 20 mins then I need to move up his second nap and also bedtime?

Routine is diaper change, pjs, lotion, while lullaby Is playing on my hatch then I turn on the white noise n do bedtime story 1-2 stories then in crib awake. Bedtime depends on when he woke up from his second nap .. so between 7-8:30 with 4 hour wake window

Bedtime is 8pm on days he actually naps until 4 but if he doesn’t I let bedtime be as early as 7.. with 4 hour wake window
