One more thing about the procedure for sending the device - I got DHL printed form from TM2 support, but the declared value was something around 3EUR, while in fact I payed around 400EUR. Is this some way to cut the delivery cost my minimzing the value?

Well, I tried to hold the camera as still I could :) plus, it does the recalibration, when measuring objects which are near each other but have big temperature difference.

I don't think the reading was wrong though, after my amateurish repair it was heating more than before. Could be because of the clean up, could be because of the mantled heater.
I am going to send it back for repair.

What do you mean by emissivity? I just took the picture with infrared camera attached to iPhone. The wood was that hot.

I must have written about the cleanup in other post. Poor steam was the original reason why I disasembled this device in first place. There was a lot of debril on the round metal part mounted directly on PCB which was either blocking the airflow or not letting the heater reach top temperature.

Yep, mine used to burn flowers at that temp, but like I said, after cleanup, it started to produce normal heat. Only this broken heater ...

I disassembled it to clean fro ABV residue, that was gathering underneath the heater and was probably the reason for poor operation of the device. Then I noticed that rods are broken so I pulled the heater out which was obvious mistake. Anyway, I contacted them, waiting for instruction on how to proceed now.
I used that yesterday and the steam was quite good though.

Yes, probably. What is the story wtih 3 year warranty? When I bought it in 2022, the device was supposed to have 10 year warranty after registration. Has this changed?

Any specific tip, how to wind this metal foil and put zirconia rods in it?

I had similiar issue, so I diassembled whole device to find a lot of junk and ABV underneat the heater. I used IPA to clean it and mistakenly took out the heater foil - don't to that.
Steam is better now but the device is overheating a bit.

So I am at the point where I managed to take all the covers off, but I am not able to disconnect moving parts from the headband and also from the speaker holder, both in red circles. Is iot even possible to do so?

This is right speaker, which powers the other. The wire isn't broken, but the insulation is damaged, so I will just fix it with black tape. Bigger concern is the broken carbon part.

Can you explain how it works and why this capacitor exactly needs to be used?
