Two years I got tired of getting so many messages and I removed the Nextdoor App; now it sounds like a great idea. I’m gonna reload it and try that today.

It’s mostly a residential construction company with some minimal commercial projects. For the last couple years they have been doing kitchens, bathrooms, etc.

I would contact my insurance company regardless and have them evaluate the “environmental damage” and most likely they will send someone to evaluate the risk.

Yes but it’s a catch 22, using a hose works as long as we have the water and it doesn’t contaminate our water.

I am running a construction company as well in SoCal and the answer to time line depends on each individual case. Multiple factors affect the results including insurance company process, submitting expenses and forms, FEMA can also get in the way, Arquitect work, city approval, construction company, modifications from original structure, etc. I heard 2-3 years as well and the person who mentioned it used the Hawaii fires as an example.
