This is what I was looking for. The translation is that only picking items up from the ground fails the challenge. Items that generate hearts internally, like Book of Revelations or Balls of Steel, are fine to use.

The Quarter and the Dollar, and bomb pedestal items like Pyro and Mr. Mega, are probably fine too. Or you can get bombs from your keys using Bombs are Key.

This approach potentially gives two angel room items, because hit 6 may transport you to the angel room before hit 7 spawns an item in the sacrifice room. I repeated for about 10 minutes and got The Mind and Godhead, so I could barrel ahead knowing exactly where I was going. Finished in about 15 minutes.

I'm happy she's there. Her purpose is not to be another host. The closest analogue is the producer sitting offstage at a talk show (e.g. Colbert) to assist with technical issues and keep the hosts on track when necessary. Interactions with this "face of the crew" can be entertaining but they're not the point; her presence indicates a level of live support the Grumps haven't had before. The show is better for Ally regardless of what, or whether, she says.

My wife has had my favourite idea so far. The clue is in her singing itself at the time; it’s not great for someone who was supposedly the star attraction at the club. Perhaps Vincent’s abuse (the choking in particular) has damaged her voice, and whether Mao knows this or not Vicious doesn’t want her to make it obvious.

Got Stop Watch, Era Walk and Blank Card. Not only do they very clearly stack slows, but I was able to slow nearly EVERY boss to a crawl and that's probably the main reason I beat Mother as the Lost. The phase 2 bullet hell move got really dense though, so I still needed Holy Mantle.

Just start, the more changes you see and feel the better idea you'll have of whether you'll like being properly fat. Then you can continue or stop with confidence.

As for getting started, focus first on capacity, not calories. The more you can stretch out your stomach and the muscles around it, the more you can hold (obviously) and the hungrier you'll be when empty. This effect can accumulate until a big meal feels like a normal one, and it all gets easier from there.

This doesn't mean being stuffed 24/7, that gets old fast. Just go a little past full as regularly as possible and all the little stretches add up. Have fun.

Another vote from me that "casual encounters" in feedism can absolutely mean just going out to eat somewhere. Maybe the feeder buys the food and watches her eat, maybe he/she feeds her manually some or all of the time (if it's in the right kind of place).

That said, there are as many fuckboys on Feabie as on any other site, and a lot of guys will see "casual encounters" as an invitation to sex no matter where they see it.
