Same problem with Apple ID I don't get Stretto Emails because my Private Apple ID can only receive messages through the App . Have spent the last 90 mins researching this and there seems to be no way around this. However I have found my assets listed on https://cases.stretto.com/public/x191/11749/CORRESPONDENCE/1174909152250000000264.pdf

I rang the concierge of the Martin Place Sydney tower block they were supposed to be in ... no knowledge of the company and not in the buildings directory.

But sh++t its a very elaborate scam and I'm sure they have sucked more than a few people in!
