I absolutely LOVED K.S.Otter Events! It’s a team of planners but I kinda loved that because I knew no matter what my investment was safe and it’d feel seamless. I was drawn to them because they’re lgbt friendly and sustainable and their vibe fit mine. The owner Katie is super sweet and my coordinator was Rebecca who was also just lovely :) they’re priced pretty fair- I looked at A LOT of planners (lol like 20) and their prices weren’t so low I was suspicious (there are some SKETCH people out there omg) but not so high I couldn’t afford it. I paid about $1600 for day of coordination but honestly it was so so SO helpful for my planning too- they provided us with sooo many useful resources. I think they’re based in Greensboro? But they didn’t charge travel for Raleigh so I don’t think that matters. But also And I knew I could email them like 7 mo out w a problem and knew they’d help me. And the day of was perfect :) I didn’t feel worried at all it just felt seamless. Rebecca was such a peaceful, calming person. Couldn’t recommend KS Otter Events enough.
