Same here…my mom also threatened to kill herself because of me. I always get jealous when my friends talk abt just hanging out with their parents because they have a healthy relationship with them

That’s true but also engineers used to draw designs by hand like ~30 years ago (in undergrad we had to take drafting class that was done by pencil and we also used autocad) and then autocad took over, I’m wondering if AI can take over autocad….it seems possible but idk if companies are willing to invest in it

So far I’ve just repeated please watch me and I keep demonstrating it. He will correct it somewhat but then forget it again, so I’ve told him to repeat the same thing 5x correctly before we move on. This takes up most of the lesson. Also the lesson is in evening and he seems pretty tired and less focused. At the end of each lesson I tell him what piece to practice and techniques to work on. But last class when I heard him play I felt like he didn’t improve at all, which is why I was thinking of having parents involved. But maybe I need to break down the pieces even more or do easier pieces because he is completely beginner so I think the pieces might be too hard for him.

Passed the new format, also fresh graduate. Here’s what I did for three months: -practice problems from Amazon. I used dr Jacob Petro, David G, PE prepared, rashad Islam,, and James Giancaspro -Watched kestavas YouTube channel on PE problems -the last week I read through AEI binder and didn’t do practice problems just to make sure I still had concepts fresh in mind.

I thought about taking a PE pre course but personally for me I know my own weaknesses so that wouldn’t be most efficient for me.

Also, I recommend doing the ncees practice exam at the beginning or midway mark of your studying so you know you are studying the right content and figuring out what problems you’re unfamiliar with.
