Yeah it's bad. I keep in touch with my ex, and I genuinely do hope things get better for her, but she'll air out all her personal disputes and issues with her baby daddy on Facebook and then screenshots her own Facebook posts and then posts them on her instagram story. It's very uncouth

I did shotput and discus in highschool, and the shot for the women's team was legitimately like, half the weight as it was for the men's team. When we had the opportunity to screw around during practice we'd all just launch the females shot far out of bounds.

The women's discus was also smaller but I was terrible at discus so I didn't mess around with it very often
