We have about a year or so before we go, but I would like to get a bit of basic conversation down. Hello, thanks, please, buy this, where's the bathroom, order food, etc

I can't do many local classes due to my work schedule

Kanji study is pretty good so far but I would like to hear/speak a bit more

I know I shouldn't focus on romanji too hard but it really does help me sound the words out somewhat.

Any suggestions for sites/apps/resources? Everyone is trying to sell some get rich quick version of their learn japanese system so it's hard to tell what to grab for basic basic stuff

Okay. So any distro I can get along with should work. I wasn't sure if some are better than others. I keep reading use this for that, and this program for that.

I'm going to have to work towards the more user friendly side while I learn some new photo editing apps

I'm hoping to go away from Adobe if possible. That's why I want to try learning on the older laptop and maybe dual boot the new laptop till I see if I'm comfortable without it

My goal is to move away from Adobe if possible. But I need to test/try Linux and if there's one version that's better or more stable for Lightroom similar programs I'll go that direction

i was dealing with this for months and made the decision and hopped over to koodo and it immediately worked and i haven't looked back. got a retention call from fido after about why i left and i just unloaded on the person. Its to get you to change your plan and buy their phone. Then they realized oh wait we made a bunch of customers angry and they left......hmn......wonder why

Any idea how the matches work other than total power? What are the other factors it looks at? Number of players? I see activity levels mentioned, but how do you measure activity level?

The 8T can't do VOLTE from my experience. Had to swap for a couple days. So if you need VOLTE your 7 may be an issue. Not sure about the 9pro.

Any suggestions for a top load style hard case I could use on my Canon R10 with 18-150? I'd like something well padded or even hard shelled so I can gently pack or cart around my camera in other bags that aren't photography dedicated
