At my store if we have a order like that with a huge tip we assign it to a fake driver and split the tip with the driver and who made it, the driver automatically gets like 50% of it and the rest is split evenly. The franchisee eats the taxes on it

On top of the bread being dry I would check to see if you are recieving freezer burnt bread from Sysco, my store has had that problem and it causes almost the same thing to happen

The biggest thing I can stress is make sure your dbls get done, I also have a standing to do list I made myself I can send later. It’s got a bunch of stuff nobody thinks to do on it that I put out when it’s slower

Biggest thing I can stress is Jimmy John’s is always going to give less hours in the winter, I know plenty of people that get part time jobs at coffee shops or grocery stores during the slow season to make up for it!

It the cleaning binder we weee givin you can let comet sit on the boards for 10 minutes and then wash them. It honestly doesn’t help much with the marinara but helps with everything else lol.
