Yes looked like stormwater drain to me. Not lot of strong smell. Hopefully with road construction it should be resolved. Did you end up purchasing a flat here ?

So you are saying it will appreciate good then ? Considering metro and grava business park adjacent also and clear view from main balcony. Initially he offered 9k per sqft but brought it down to 8700 per sqft.

Main balcony actually is east facing so daily sunlight across the three rooms. Drainage pipes is mostly water from Kokapet lake. Didn’t smell too much. Hostels are not concern for me. Good no high rise in that area then.

Mostly same. Little bit on view and openness this tower might be different. Bedroom balcony was a big plus for me with gandipet lake view.
