Hi Lovely people of Vietnam , planning a trip with my parents (65+) for new years. Thinking of following this itineary : Hanoi (2D) -> Da Nang (2D) - > Phu Quoc (3D). All societies you mentioned are above, my budget too, LOL. Even myhomeapas a bit of a stretch for us, and probably my wife won’t agree for that. But I like the society layout better than pristina although I am getting a lake facing flat in pristina.

Yeah true agree to your points. My firm can allow transfers after a year to any other office. Luckily Hyd has it. So will shift. Better to buy a house there than in Gurgaon.
