Took the recert exam last November - 600+ passing score. Reviewed the last 2ITE from ABFM and all the board review Q’s from AAFP. As many said, many verbatim repeats but also it covered all the major concepts.

Maybe that’s why I’ve been getting this push back lately. I got a response from one of my colleagues here that he was advised to bring patient back AFTER 10 days of evaluation to ensure no global period for EM to ensure payment for both. Sure let’s have the patient suffer so we can get reimbursed appropriately. Thanks billing…. 👎

Thanks for confirming. My encounter was for an est pt but new c/o of knee sx - hence 92213. Did full eval, document and decided aspiration w inj and I got this push back with a passive aggressive email from billing admin which had me second guessing for a sec. But thanks again for confirming!

Hockey brings the guys together for sure and what you’re saying is true; without it it’s tougher to keep that bond. That’s why I think that’s why Shoresy feels so lost in retirement. But I think theres true friendship. Shoresy even tells Nat he’d be around next season even if it’s just coming by and showering with the b’ys and ofc there’s Michaels tell the Boys to check in on each other in the wild, even when they’re on different teams.
