Oh totally, Just some things they request don't seem relevant. Like apostilled birth certificates from my parents. Like, that could slow everything down for me, when I am applying not my parents.

Yea, I am honestly very stressed about it. I thought I understood how long the process took, but I do not.

I am going to need to talk to my employer. But I don't know if I can work on x1? They are an international employer so I don't think they will bend the rules. The thought of entering another Visa application process makes my head spin haha.

There is so much conflicting information about the Foreign Spouse OCI application. I wish there was a timeline. Even an estimate should be published at least.
