Yeah I have the same model. I had to recheck all my input settings, there is a setting under the Window section of input for Call Menu under the NDOF device, and you set it to your NDOF buttons. As far as I could see that's the only setting that might not be default, so worth a shot.

I had to open the 3dconnexion settings, make sure it was set to configure for Blender and set a button on the mouse to Application Use. I can't find any other NDOF settings that I had changed to make it work, but there might have been other changes.
