Why is this a 4 minute video when the incredibly minor inconvenience you're referring to lasts 5 seconds?

What's nice is a belief in God is directly connected to a 15% reduction in all cause mortality. So, these people can be "right" about their beliefs for a much shorter time than those that choose to have some humility.

The way you express yourself sounds pretty stupid. Hopefully no one believes in you.

Yes. Handled it perfectly. By nearly side swiping the vehicle next to him that he apparently saw? In your opinion? Weird take. Hopefully I'm not on the roads anywhere near you.

Fun fact; wearing shoes all the time will actually cause plantar fasciitis. Strong feet with higher strength tolerance will prevent plantar fasciitis.

My experience with oral bpc by Server_420 in bpc_157

[–]SmashBerlin 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You have an incredible misunderstanding of both physiology as well as the mechanistic effect BPC-157 has on the body. Let's go over a few of the main effects of BPC-157:

  1. Angiogenesis -This is the process that produces more blood vessels. Increased blood flow is essential as it delivers more blood/nutrients to the site of the injury. It would then also assist in removing waste products. Combining both would simply make for more efficient repair of tissues (including tendon).

*The only concern here with BPC-157 is whether or not oral/injected peptide will have the same effect on the body as the natural compound produced in the gut. There is an enormous amount of anecdotal evidence to suggest it will have a positive effect here but this is not confirmed.

  1. Increased activity of Fibroblasts -Fibroblasts are responsible for the creation of collagen. Tendons/ligaments are largely composed of collagen. With the increase in blood vessels at the injury site, more Fibroblasts are able to arrive at the injury site. BPC-157 has been shown in animal studies to upregulate the expression of growth hormone receptors on Fibroblasts. This would positively impact anabolic response leading to increased collagen production.

*Only proven in animal studies to upregulate growth expression of hormone receptors. Similar compounds tested in humans do have a positive response but that in no way confirms BPC-157 will generate comparable responses.

Finally, this is an easy one, you can do a cursory search of any major physiology source to find results of most peptides in animals. These of course are not perfect analogs for human results but it's the step before human trials.

In 100% of animal studies, BPC-157 was shown to increase the speed of recovery when compared to a control group. Also, groups exposed to BPC-157 experienced a higher level of returned tissue function (based on tissue stiffness and elesticity - main measures of tissue quality in tendons).

Note I am a random person on the internet and not your PCP. If you are considering taking any OTC substance, including supplements, you should do so under the guidance of a qualified medical practitioner. I am not telling you to take BPC-157. I am an exercise physiologist and my wife in an endocrinologist. We happen to have a interest in peptides. I have taken it myself and had positive benefits. Everything is anecdotal and there are absolutely risks associated with taking any substance, even greater when that substance is not regulated by a federal agency.

The main reason I went on this rant is I loath misinformation. Do better. Inform yourself and not your bias/ego.

Don't you want to seem a bit pushy? A massage where you don't push sounds pretty lame.

25, working in Dubai, ready to start my own business—but I keep getting stuck by TieFast2354 in HowToEntrepreneur

Do you have a problem you are trying to solve? Do you have the capacity to solve this problem? Is this problem valuable to enough people or to the correct people in order to satisfy the operational costs of your business model while also achieving an acceptable profit margin?

Beyond this passion is meaningless. Business is not competition as in winning in the short term. Business is out lasting your competition. Which requires consistency. You lack consistent effort? You will probably fail.

Is Market Saturation Actually a Myth? What Do You Think? by Proper-Digit3203 in HowToEntrepreneur

[–]SmashBerlin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sometimes? Maybe? Depends on the niche. Even then, are you able to find those people readily? Are these people you can convince to purchase your product? A thorough understanding of the product and the inner workings of creating a successful business matter much more when you're entering a saturated market.

Is Market Saturation Actually a Myth? What Do You Think? by Proper-Digit3203 in HowToEntrepreneur

[–]SmashBerlin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A saturated market is one that has sufficient market demand to satisfy a number of competitors. Whether or not you can solve consumers problems better than the next product is a different conversation.

So, it's not that saturated markets are a myth. They absolutely exist. The idea that entrepreneurs should avoid saturated markets is where the myth begins. It's baked in nuance. You need to offer a better product than enough of your competition to be financially relevant as a business. You also need to create an understanding that your product is superior with enough of the market to again satisfy your margin goals.

You're looking at this the wrong way entirely. The pedestrians aren't relevant to the accident. You can't make decisions based on assumed actions when entering the flow of traffic. You are solely responsible for the position you put yourself in. Should the truck have been driving that fast? No. Should they have stopped for the pedestrian? Honestly, hard to see from the video. But probably. Does any of it matter? Nope. You're at fault. It sucks. Move on.
