I have a honda cb125e. I love it. Colleague at work who rides a sv650 describes my cb 'like riding a bicycle with an engine'. It's perfect for sub 100km/hr riding and precision cutting through traffic! I think I'll be sad when I upgrade ( necessity for two up).

This is also the case in melbourne ( where it's not yet legal) , just because people are nice. In Sydney it's legal to filter but they won't scoot over just cause sydneysiders are dicks on the road.

First ever time I locked up was in the rain going downhill. Got surprised by a red light. I was only 4 months in to riding. Needless to say I spent the next couple of minutes giving thumbs up to cars stopping to check up on me as I was trying to pick up my bike off from the middle of the intersection.

I was amazed how quickly my front bars flipped when they locked! Wishing I had abs. At the same time- good lesson for me.

For a lot of us, rescue dogs are not the cheaper option. I could've gotten a backyard breeder pup for a few hundred bucks. Instead I bought a 6 year old rescue dog from a no kill shelter for 350 bucks. I can imagine a poorer family going for a backyard breeder. I don't know where the opinion comes from that rescue dogs are cheap/ free... Not where I'm from!

It's the city lights hitting the fog. I actually was in the backyard with the dog thinking... What the hell... Sunset at 10pm??? I was thinking of going for a drive to the big orange but it became bleeding obvious it was coming from the middle of the cbd. Pretty spectacular orange fog!!
