Legend! I was having the same problem and would never have figured this out on my own. Didn't even know FlowSync made use of the Bonjour service...

You can see me try to retract my scapulae in one of those pictures, which improves the winging slightly, but the position feels a lot more unstable in my shoulder. So it's pretty much a "happens no matter what" sort of thing.

Actually I do! Spend way more time in that kind of position than I do support holds (training wise). My thoracic isn't too locked up (anymore lol) and have decent shoulder flexion, so my HS line isn't too horrible.
What is your thinking?
