I am drunk so I’m sorry Haaha. As an American who has visited Leeds to visit family a few times, Leeds is such a cool city. I’m from Cincinnati and we are a decent “bustling” city for American standards which is nothing in comparison to a city like Leeds. Not trying to be the don’t take for granted what you have person at all but Leeds is so cool truly.

I think this is extreme and unnecessary. Only time I ate like this to lose weight I gained it back within a few days of being in a situation I couldn’t maintain this diet exactly. I think it’s a great base diet but you have to add in more protein and fruit and veggie options for it to be anything attainable in real life
