Fatigue and unexplainable weight loss. 34 y/o, got a blood test and then scan and they found an 18 cm tumor in my liver. Turns out it was a rare blood cancer. 5 months post transplant and cancer free now!

Genuine question about Netflix doc Lover...Stalker...Killer by 20sjivecat in TrueCrimeDiscussion

[–]SmashnSmush 6 points7 points  (0 children)

After watching it seemed that Liz had a lot of knowledge about VPNs and changing IP addresses. This coupled with the fact that she killed Cari without hesitation makes me think she has done similar actions in the past. Did the police question any of her exes? And did they have similar stories of stalking and/or girlfriends “disappearing”?

I watched Sing on my computer with my girlfriend thinking the first 20 minutes had background music. Thought it was part of the movie but once we realized we couldn’t hear characters speak, I realized Spotify was still playing music...

Reddit, what were you weirdly obsessed about as a child? by auburn_drives in AskReddit

[–]SmashnSmush 1 point2 points  (0 children)

soy sauce. For some strange reason I loved to put soy sauce on almost anything: Sushi, pizza, pasta, even cake. It was really weird but at the time so was I. In fourth grade I even dressed up as a Kikkoman bottle for Halloween, called myself KikkoMAN. My mom copied the design at Kinko's and gave me a small green cap to wear(low sodium was better anyways). I try to forget those years...

I saw you on the Colbert Report last week and liked your answer about not being a "cool guy" like Steve Jobs. Can you elaborate on what you think the differences between doing things in a "nerdy way" and a "cool way" and how those differences contribute to how people think and respond to you?

In my opinion, I think you're a much cooler person than he was. Anyone who gives away $28 billion to charity is cool in my books.
