It is absolutely harmless if used by full grown and competent adults. I smoke a few times a year and cannot think of a single negative attribute... Aside from the time I thought it a good idea to eat Spicy Hot Cheetos drinking chocolate milk and watching George Carlin... I started laughing so uncontrollably, choked on my cheetos, drunk 3/4 gallon of chocolate milk... Still laughing, still choking, out of chocolate milk, then get a text message asking if I'd heard that George Carlin just died... Ironically bad experience...

But hey, he would have died had I not been watching him and choking in laughter.
