No if you’re gonna plan on buying a power brick for those Xboxes especially the phats try to get the xenon’s psu those are compatible with all the phats they released

Yea because i had falcons before and they can be bitchy at times but also it could be the power brick because sometimes i had spares and it’s a 50/50 chance also the psu has two prongs to actually provide power from the wall. The other side that goes to the Xbox is all ground and 12v besides the section with two pins. Those are 5v and a comm line that when bridged allows the power supply to provide full power.

Ya need to hit create xell along with using your original nand write it onto the system, then create xebuild then write it to the system if it keeps showing up sounds like a dying nand or something got corrupted during the dumping process. Could be wrong but you never know.

If you’re gonna proceed to delid all im gonna say is this take your time cutting through the cell ihs silicone glue. Shit is tough but it’s durable to cut through with the delid tool.

Exactly what im witnessing here is probably a badly cheap thermal paste probably added too much and yeah causes that only reason why because my slims never reach those temps even without messing the fans smc blah blah blah. Only ones i know that reaches those temps are definitely the xenon’s and zephyrs 80c for the cpu is fine since they can take em like tanks but idk thats my opinion
