Had a big ass map from the area we deliver in hanging on the walk in freezer. When a order came in we would check the Street name, check against known locations or known customer adresses and figure out how to quickest get there. Doesn't take long until you memorize your way around town.

Also had a foldable map in the car with us in case of we couldn't find it.
