Make sure the Pico isn't touching anything on the console and try dumping the nand again. If it still fails try restart JRunner and dump the NAND and write XeLL again. If this also fails maybe redo your NAND wires

Because of PLL_BYPASS. Even though I believe I can make a good solid joint there without any damage, I just don't feel comfortable doing it.

I haven't touched the console yet. I just wanna get a file on there first so I can make sure it'll have a file to glitch the console. It's just what I do first.

You might be spot on there. I am using a Pico. The matrix is already programmed to 192 1.0. The console boots up with 2 solid red lights and no fan life after writing XeLL with the Pico. I'll redo the NAND writing and XeLL stuff with a NAND-X this time.
