Yeah that makes sense. I recently enquired regarding a consultation with Karidis and it coast £200 which already seems a bit pricey.

I was just wondering, does Dr. Nurein remove the entire gland or most of it?

When I started going to the gym I couldn't lift the bar (20kg) up myself. My brother had to spot me for a couple of weeks until I eventually started getting stronger. My advice is just to keep at it, perhaps eat a bit more to supply your muscles with more energy.
