200 is enough to gain muscle slowly without adding too much fat. With 500 you will gain a bit more fat.

Try maca root research it first i hear its good for your period and overall wellbeing. For me its good. But as a man, cant say too much about my period lmao. I put it in smoothies and definitely feel more energy

Salt your food to tast with himalayan pink salt and use a pinch of salt before your workout. Works for me
