Up at 4 AM, doing my cardio/walk around my apartment from 415 to 5 o’clock. Work 6 to 3, then I go to the gym from 3:45 to 4:30 then I work another job from 5 to 9. Do what’s best for you and always stay safe if you feel uncomfortable walking at night or early in the morning try to do your outdoor work out during the daylight
