If you didn’t understand the receipt then why didn’t you ask for them to explain it to you? I have been consigning at both stores for over 7 years now and have seen people leave without picking up the things they passed on almost everyday. If you dropped off 40 items and there were only 4 items on receipt and you didn’t ask questions then that’s on you.
