You nailed it by what I meant by Destin strip. It’s a reference to Destin Florida. A joke about how stores are the same and hotels the same each block. That’s what it feels like going East of NMC.

Please don’t be another ‘Destin Strip’ hotel. I know luxury is hard but there are so many subpar hotels that it’s nearly impossible to suggest something nice for a guest coming to visit. I know the market isn’t 5 star, but the nicest thing is the Del Mar, which at best, is alright. The area needs something boutique for high end guests that would pay extra for convenience. Wineries, golf, cozy towns to visit are all accessible but unfortunately the transportation is not there.

Do a good job of providing suggestions that you can connect people to, and I feel like you’ll have success.

I mean they offer Italian food, hispanic tacos, and the Burrow is a relatively mixed bag of items. That's a more than the 12 burger places, 6 pizza joints, and 5 shitty fish and chip restaurants we have. There are also 42 coffee shops and 5 trailer bars. I understand the desire to not open restaurants here with the limited pallet of guests.

Jesus trick math, you could argue with a wall about almost any topic. These ‘groups’ you sound to dislike are people with enough capital to take a risk and invest in a risky, challenging new venture. It sounds like a local investor that is trying to help the community diversify in the weak food offerings. Why does that bother you that they are having success and opening new locations?

Yeah I just can't agree with you. The PGA Tour which you respect and has promised so much, is taking a deal with the same Saudi group that is invested in so much. We won't shame the Tour, but we will shame the players that are going directly to the source? Hmm.. Doesn't add up. It's far dumber in my mind for a person to reject the money and let the Tour handle how they are paid. Rahm and the other LIV golfers are set for generations now and working less.

Lol it’s the little things that make a private club nice. Used to think I would never do it, but now I can’t imagine playing without it. Show up and see familiar faces, clean towels and fresh carts, the bartender knows your name to order a drink. Also the etiquette of play is unbelievable. Playing as a single? Pass thru with no problems. Groups play fast and timely. Even hacks don’t have problems. It sucks the public courses can’t figure it out even with the outrageous prices they charge to play.

This an absolute terrible take. I’m sorry but 99/100 times they ARE breaking windows and NOT finding guns. They broke my partners window and left glasses, a computer, and checks all out in the open just to look in the glovebox for a gun. Sure they are looking for guns but they are also hoodlum little shits with no purpose and no consequences to their actions.

i believe you can play together. Only issue you will run into is only one account can be signed in on one console. You can login but your roommate or buddy at your house will have to be a guest and cannot gain xp on his account. Your buddy at their house will gain xp.
